Handling Feelings 2/8 (8PM)

Have you ever said, "if you don't stop crying, I'll______________?" Then this is for you.  When we don't know how to handle our children's feelings, we just shut them down due to our own discomfort. You'll learn strategies that encourage cooperation, and tools that allow your child to express their feelings in the moment, so they have less need to show up in unproductive ways in the future.  We all have the desire to be seen and heard - your child does as well.
